Ordering
Browse our catalog, choose your product, and use our design tool to upload your logo or artwork. Select your size and color, then add it to your bag. No account required to order — but creating one makes it easy to track your order and reorder later.
Yes — that's exactly what we're built for. Order a single item or a thousand; the minimum is always one. No hoops, no bulk requirements.
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, changes and cancellations are only possible within a short window. Contact us at support@specworks.com or call 888-957-7223 as soon as possible if you need to make a change — we'll do our best to help.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Because each item is custom-printed on demand, we're unable to offer size exchanges for items ordered in the correct size. Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. If you received the wrong size due to our error, we'll reprint it at no charge.
No Minimum Policy
It means there's no required quantity to place an order. You can order one shirt, one hat, or one bag — and we'll produce it with the same care and quality as an order of 500. There are no minimums on any product in our catalog, ever.
All orders are priced at our standard per-unit rate — what you see is what you pay, no hidden fees. If you're planning a larger bulk order and want to discuss special pricing, reach out to us and we'll do our best to accommodate depending on the order details.
Absolutely. You can mix and match any combination of products — a t-shirt here, a hat there, a tote bag, whatever you need — all in a single order. Each item is produced with your custom design and shipped together.
Artwork & File Upload
We currently accept the following formats:
- PNG — preferred; supports transparent backgrounds, ideal for logos and graphics
- JPG / JPEG — great for photographic or full-color designs (no transparency support)
For the sharpest results, use a high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI or greater at your intended print size.
For raster files (PNG, JPG), the minimum accepted resolution is 200 DPI at the intended print size, though we recommend 300 DPI for the sharpest results. Low-resolution files may appear pixelated or blurry when printed. When in doubt, go bigger — you can always scale down, but scaling up reduces quality.
If your file is too low-resolution, our design tool will alert you before you complete your order.
For custom or complex design requests — including logo recreation, background removal, or art cleanup — please reach out through our Custom Request page or call us at 888-957-7223. Our team is happy to help with special projects.
The preview is a close representation of the final product, but minor variations can occur due to screen color calibration and the nature of fabric printing. Colors may appear slightly different on-screen vs. in person. We recommend approving your design carefully before checkout — once an order is placed, we move quickly into production.
Shipping & Turnaround
Standard production takes 5 business days before your order ships. This is the time it takes to print and quality-check your custom items. Shipping time is in addition to production time.
Rush is not available as a standard checkout option, but we can accommodate rush requests for an additional charge. If you have a deadline, place your order first and then contact us at 888-957-7223 or support@specworks.com right away — we'll let you know what's possible.
We offer standard shipping at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on your order size, weight, and destination, and you'll see the cost before you confirm. If you need faster delivery, contact us after placing your order and we can look into expedited options for you.
We can accommodate international shipping for select orders and destinations. If you're outside the US, reach out to us with your location and order details and we'll let you know what's available and what it would cost.
Bulk & Team Orders
For larger orders, we may be able to offer special pricing depending on the details. Reach out to us with what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do.
Yes. When ordering for a team or group, you can add multiple sizes of the same product with the same design. Just add each size variation to your bag individually — they'll all be grouped together in your order.
Yes! We build branded merch stores and company pop-up shops — whether you need an ongoing storefront for your team or a one-time event setup. Get in touch or call 888-957-7223 to tell us about your project and we'll take it from there.
Returns & Issues
Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing mistakes. However, if your order arrives defective, misprinted, or incorrect through any fault on our end, we'll reprint it or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Take photos of the damage and contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@specworks.com with your order number. We'll review the issue and arrange a reprint or refund — whichever you prefer.
All issues must be reported within 30 days of your delivery date. After that window, we're unable to process claims. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
